ABOUT
I am currently a member of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba. I obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario and completed a Dietetic Internship at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ontario.
I obtained my Personal Trainer Specialist Certification through Can-Fit-Pro. I completed the Canadian Diabetes Association Online Course on Diabetes Clinical Practice Guidelines. I have completed a PCOS nutritional medical therapy course. I am part of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba's Speaker's Bureau.
I enjoy jogging, grabbing a coffee with friends, painting/anything DIY, experimenting with ethnic cuisines and cooking, and spending time with my husband, Jay, and two daughters.
